TCTS Group Ltd’s Driver Hire & Fulfilment have developed a pool of staff from Smyth Enterprises and then invested heavily to ensure they are correctly trained in all transport operations including Bus & Coach.

and then trained to the high standards set by TCTS Group’s Training Division.
Drivers progress from entry level to Elite level and are then made available for short and long term contracts.

Vehicle Formalisation – Drivers Hours & Tachographs – Use of Analogue & Digital Tachographs – Vehicle Daily Walk around checks & Defect Reporting – Load security – Vehicle Weights & Measures – Operational Body types – Loading/unloading – Use of Tail lifts – ADR Freight – Reefer Applications – Lorry mounted cranes – Accident Procedures – First Aid – Manual Handling – Child protection – International Tour requirements – Use of wheelchair lifts – Fuel Efficiency
