To adhere with legislation of both Drivers Hours & Operators Licensing, the 4 main elements that an operator MUST comply with are as follows:
1. Retrieve & download ALL data from driver’s digital cards and Vehicle Units
2. Have a system at the operating centre to store raw data and decipher encrypted data.
3. Conduct Analysis of all drivers’ data for both Drivers Hours & RTWTR.
4. Issue infringements to drivers for violation/breaches of legislation
Our system, which is set up onsite or remotely complies with all requirements.
This is backed up with several servers and transfers all your data to us for analysis which we then send to your onsite dashboard (as shown to staff on the day of our visit followed by user training).
This service also gives you the support of an independent Tachograph Analysis Bureau which will detect serious breaches and act immediately to resolve any issues.

We implement a time saving system where it is made simple for operators to ensure full analysis and raw data retention is present at your operating centre as required, with the peace of mind that back up support is always there.
This system also ensures that infringement reports are produced on a weekly or monthly basis and that drivers can accept acknowledgment of them remotely. Corrective training is offered along with driver infringement assessments.
We also provide Remote Downloading systems which allow data from Vehicles and Drivers to be downloaded at any time from any location to ensure you have a clear report of any infringements along with minimum down time.

This is even a quicker way of ensuring your drivers are compliant with tachograph legislation. We provide remote vehicle unit downloading and analysis which means that the driver’s card and vehicle unit can be downloaded at any time anywhere.
They can also use our Dongle. This piece of kit simply connects to the driver’s phone, they access our FREE APP and can then see full analysis of their Digi card within seconds.

How does it work?
This service was developed with the operator and transport manager in mind.
Drivers Hours and Tachograph compliance is a statutory requirement which is extremely time consuming especially for larger fleets or numerous operating centres.
However, the daily running of your business must go on, so we have developed this service which provides you with a Transport Officer dealing with all sites every week, fortnight or month, achieved with both Onsite presence and Remote access.
Their purpose is to download & retrieve all data from Vehicle Units and Drivers Cards, conduct full analysis of the data, issue any infringement reports, monitor compliance for individual drivers and conduct rectification of all issues which may include re-training of driving, planning or management staff and conduct any disciplinary procedures as required.
This service can also include a Roadside Technical Inspection conducted on each vehicle that is downloaded with full reports, which is why it is one of our most popular services especially for operators with numerous operating centres or regular loading unloading points.
