As we continue to expand, we are seeking a Service Delivery Operations Manager to oversee our operations, ensuring service excellence, team performance, and client satisfaction.

The Role

The Service Delivery Operations Manager will be responsible for managing and optimising the day-to-day operations of our service delivery teams, ensuring that all client projects and contracts are executed to the highest standards. This role requires strong leadership, process management, and customer-focused decision-making.

You will act as a bridge between clients, technical teams, and management — ensuring smooth delivery, timely reporting, and continuous improvement in operational performance while building new teams within each division.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of service delivery, ensuring high-quality performance and adherence to SLAs.

  • Manage and support field engineers, trainers, and compliance teams across multiple regions.

  • Develop and implement operational processes to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.

  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and KPIs to ensure optimal performance.

  • Liaise directly with clients to handle escalations, feedback, and service improvements.

  • Support recruitment, training, and development of operational staff.

  • Report on service delivery performance and identify opportunities for process enhancement.

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant transport and health & safety regulations.

  • Work closely with senior management to align operational strategies with company objectives.

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience in a service delivery, operations, or transport management role (minimum 3–5 years).

  • Strong leadership and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple teams and priorities.

  • Excellent communication and client relationship management abilities.

  • Knowledge of telematics, transport compliance, and fleet management systems is highly desirable.

  • Proficiency in digital tools and platforms (Microsoft 365, CRM systems, and project management software).

  • Ability to analyse data, prepare performance reports, and make informed operational decisions.

  • A proactive, solution-focused mindset with strong attention to detail.

  • Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel when required.
