Our APA programme was developed due to the widespread requests that we receive daily from company’s and businesses wanting to avail of our services.

To achieve this, we have realised from our own rapid growth that we need the right partners in place who dominate their sector with professionalism, experience and customer service as their key driver.

Once you have been successful, service delivery & product training will be delivered both online and at your site.
The approved associate / provider will then use only our authorised material, systems, processes, software and procedures following a rigorous on-boarding period.
Quality Standard Audits and Assessments then continue on a quarterly schedule.
As a result of this we needed to expand our service delivery using dedicated personnel strategically based throughout
Northern Ireland, Southern Ireland, GB and Europe.
To become an Authorised APA, the provider must first successfully pass our ‘Standards Audit’ (for which our Standards Team can support you with the process).
