Mobile Support Technician

Summary of the role:

Based from our head office in Lisnaskea and operational offices in Enniskillen, Co. Fermanagh, This is a varied role, and the main spec is to support our teams throughout our group of businesses on a daily basis.

Tasks can include anything from ⬇️

🔷 Providing basic maintenance jobs on premises, offices, company yards, fleet, equipment or supervising / managing these tasks when provided by an external provider.

🔷On the road delivery and collection of a variety of items from all of our businesses throughout Ireland and the UK as when required.

🔷Setting up training rooms and event spaces, collaborating with external providers, and overseeing the project management plan for these activities.

🔷 Responsible for ensuring our fleet of vehicles are maintained, serviced, and tested, including:

  • Preparation for the delivery and collection of vehicles from our authorized providers

  • Presentation of vehicles at annual test

  • Ensuring the fleet is kept clean and tidy at all times

🔷 Providing on-site support to staff from our specialist divisions throughout Ireland and the UK when required.

🔷 Supporting our admin team with duties such as running to the post office, bank, suppliers to collect product as well as deliver items on-site to client premises in advance of our technical team's fitment dates.

To tasks such as ⬇️

🔷 Ensuring lawns and gardens are kept up to our required standards.

🔷 Supporting our Media Team with onsite shoots regarding the movement and set up of equipment.

🔷 Provide driving duties to transfer our staff and Senior Management from airports and meetings back to HQ and other locations

🔷 Ensure our product stock inventory is stored and recorded correctly and that our storage locations are kept clean and tidy at all times.

Basic Requirements:

➡️ Must hold a full clean driver licence (BE, C and CE would be desirable)

➡️ Physically fit with an eye for detail, trustworthy, presentable and reliable

➡️ Must be able to work on their own initiative and also as an integral part of a team.

➡️ Must be IT literate in relation to using a digital mobile device to record and receive information.

➡️ Must have a flexible attitude towards working hours and days.


ℹ️ This role is currently a full-time position, however it may also suit the right person on a part-time basis or a semi-retired person. Please note, this role does entail physical work at times, and therefore the candidate must ensure they are physically fit.
